FINANCING OF TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS

We have significant experience in representing tax exempt organizations in various tax-exempt financing transactions, including the following:

• serving as corporate counsel in connection with tax-exempt bond financings through local municipal authorities;
• serving as corporate counsel in connection with New Markets Tax Credit financing.

The firm also currently serves as counsel for the Lehigh County General Purpose Authority.

Our experience and capability with respect to these types of transactions is unusual for a firm of our size.
