Mr. Schantz represents the Schantz family's fourth generation of attorneys, a professional lineage that has combined for more than 100 years of service to the Lehigh Valley.

Mr. Schantz graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Lehigh University, where he was a member of the university's nationally acclaimed wrestling team. Upon graduation, Andrew worked for CB Commercial Real Estate in Washington, D.C. before deciding to follow in his forefathers' footsteps by attending law school. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Widener University School of Law in 1995.

Until 1999, Mr. Schantz served as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Allentown. Thereafter, he began working alongside his father, William E. Schantz, Esq. to form the Schantz Law Offices, LLC. He joined Davison & McCarthy, P.C. in July 2011.

Mr. Schantz focuses his practice in the areas of municipal law, real estate, estate planning and administration, and business and corporate law. His clients have included municipalities, commissions and authorities, as well as local and national developers and corporations, individuals, families, small businesses and non-profits. He has represented clients in matters ranging from preparing wills and estate plans to incorporating and counseling businesses, and executing real estate transactions and tax assessment appeals.

Mr. Schantz has served on the Board of and as a lecturer for Lehigh University's Integrated Real Estate ("IRE@L") program and on the Board of Lehigh County Meals on Wheels. In his spare time, he enjoys running, biking, skiing, hiking, spending time outdoors, and supporting his daughters sporting activities.
