Ms. Leinberger is a native of the Lehigh Valley. Her practice focuses on assisting individuals in estate planning and estate and trust administration matters and she has conducted a variety of seminars on estate planning issues. Her practice also includes assisting businesses with domestic and international commercial real estate transactions and reviewing, negotiating and drafting numerous types of commercial contracts including domestic and international product supply and product certification agreements, independent contractor agreements and license agreements. In addition, Ms. Leinberger advises nonprofit organizations on real estate, corporate and tax exemption issues and general contract matters including negotiation and documentation of various types of business transactions. She also advises franchisors and franchisees on issues arising under the federal Petroleum Marketing Practices Act.

A summa cum laude graduate of Moravian College and a cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law, she served as an internal editor on the Administrative Board of the Widener Journal of Public Law and was the author of a Note entitled Bishop v. Department of Public Welfare: The Commonwealth Court Delivers a Blow to Pennsylvania's Indispensable Party Test through its Interpretation of the Mental Health Procedures Act, which was published in the Widener Journal of Public Law.

Ms. Leinberger is a member of the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley, and the American, Pennsylvania and Lehigh County Bar Associations.
