Mr. Albanese works with businesses of all sizes, non-profit organizations, municipalities and entrepreneurs. He provides multi-national, publicly traded companies, small businesses, municipalities, universities, and start-ups with legal services ranging from mergers and acquisitions to contract review and negotiations. His focus is on advising large companies and small businesses in their day to day operations. He has extensive experience in purchasing and selling commercial properties, representing clients ranging from large corporations to individuals. He also advises clients as franchisors and franchisees under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act. Mr. Albanese is a life-long resident of the Lehigh Valley. Prior to coming to Davison & McCarthy he was in-house counsel at CrossAmerica Partners LP (NYSE-CAPL). Mr. Albanese serves on the Board of Directors at Mercy School for Special Learning in Allentown.
