Ms. Leinberger is a native of the Lehigh Valley where she has practiced law for eight years, assisting businesses with
commercial real estate, business asset and financing transactions, and
nonprofit organizations with real estate, corporate and tax exemption issues.
She has focused her assistance to individuals in estate planning and administration
matters.
A summa cum laude graduate of
Moravian College and a cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law,
she served as an internal editor on the Administrative Board of the Widener Journal of Public Law and was
the author of a Note entitled Bishop v. Department of Public Welfare: The
Commonwealth Court Delivers a Blow to Pennsylvania's Indispensable Party Test
through its Interpretation of the Mental Health Procedures Act, which was
published in the Widener Journal of Public Law.
Ms. Leinberger is a member of the Pennsylvania
and Lehigh County Bar associations and the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley.
