Mr. Schantz represents the Schantz family’s fourth generation of attorneys, a professional lineage that has combined for more than 100 years of service to the Lehigh Valley.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Lehigh University, where he also was a member of the university’s nationally acclaimed wrestling team. Upon graduation, he worked for CB Commercial Real Estate in Washington, D.C. before deciding to follow in his forefathers’ footsteps by attending law school. In 1995, Mr. Schantz received his Juris Doctorate from the Widener University School of Law.

Mr. Schantz served as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Allentown until 1999, when he began working alongside his father, William E. Schantz, Esq., to form the Schantz Law Offices, LLC. He focuses his practice in the areas of municipal law, real estate, estate planning and administration, and has expanded his expertise to include business and corporate law.

Mr. Schantz's clients have included municipalities, commissions and authorities, as well as local and national developers and corporations.

He has served on the Board of, and as a lecturer for, Lehigh University’s IRE@L program and on the Board of Lehigh County Meals on Wheels.
