Mr. McCarthy is a Lehigh Valley native and has practiced law in the Lehigh Valley for nearly 15 years, representing numerous corporations, developers and individuals in real estate, construction, land development, zoning and corporate law matters.
A founding member of Davison & McCarthy, P.C., he was formerly a partner in one of the 100 largest national law firms, where he was managing partner of the Lehigh Valley office for a number of years. Mr. McCarthy is a graduate of Drexel University and a 1994 summa cum laude graduate of Temple University School of Law. He clerked for the Honorable Delores Sloviter, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. McCarthy is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lehigh County Bar associations.
